Quand maman s'ennuie...

...thing happens. So my vanity bench will have to wait a few more days. It is extremely windy today and I don't feel like having black spray paint on my face. What's a girl to do??? Ohhh yeah! Embelish my daughter's plain jane curatins. A little trim, a smll glue gone and voila! New curtains! ***Warning!!! If you sew, please avert your eyes to the after photo.***

Before, taken last year.

After (sorry it's so dark. Not easy taking window photos)

I think it looks cute. My daughter loved it and that's what matters. I read on The Nesting Place where she uses hotglue gun to pretty up her curtains so I decided to try it. So far, I like it. I still need to hang some artwork in her room but it's pretty much a completed room. Now I need to figure out what to do in my son's room.

A bientot!

The curtains really look so much better with the trim. Very cute! And who cares how it got there - I'm all for glue guns!
