Halloween!!

Kimba at A Soft Place to Land is hosting a Halloween/Fall Party! If you want to see more Fall or Halloween decorations, click on her blog.

These photos were taken a few weeks ago when I started decorating for Fall. I'm going to start decorating the outside for Halloween the weekend of the 18th. I don't want to be the weird lady that has her decorations up too early. Hmmm maybe that happened already. Oh well!

And this is my entryway. I made the Boo with black glitter. I needed to seal it since it leaves glitters when you touch it. I made those silhouettes last year from Martha's website. Had them all over my garages doors.

This is Grizelda. She cackles when you touch her belly. Scared the beejesus out of my son the first time he saw her! LOL

You see those skeletons? That's what happens when you don't clean your room! Pirate guy said something about not eating broccoli. In the cage he went to!

Can you see that hand coming out from my little container? If there's only one piece of cheesecake and you dare eat it, your hand will get cut off!!! No one, but no one eats the last piece of cheesecake but moi!

My family room. Nothing exciting there. I still need to make a Halloween garland. I have time.

Photobucket

My kitchen island. Inside the small pumpkins are M&Ms that the kids don't know about. The others are Lindt Peanut Butter Truffles. There are good but if your home is too warm, the peanut butter gets all liquidy.

Photobucket

My Halloween tree with some decorations. I'll be making something cute for that tree too.

And that's it! Want more Halloween/Fall photos? Click on Kimba's website. You'll have lots to choose from! Happy Fall errr Halloween!

A bientot!

Thanks Tidymom. Lovely name since I like things neat and tidy. Those bats and mice are cheap since they are made out of foam. If I had a cat, it would probably go buts! Thanks for stopping by!

V and Co, this is the first time I decorated the inside of my house for Halloween. Also my son's birthday is before Halloween so skeletons will work for a pirate party. ;) Thanks for stopping by!

Darlene, thanks. My son loved seeing them when he woke up. Hubby thinks I lost my mind. ;)

Thanks Stephanie. I have small children so these decorations were a hit with them. :)

Holly, no way! Are you French Canadian then? Thanks for stopping by!

Bar-B, I made them out of black foam. Cheap cheap cheap! I just used a template from Martha Stewart but you can make it up. Like a nice black cat would look nice. ;)

So they are both 31, born in "M" cities and are Latin. Is she married? LOL ;)

Oh, I'm glad you like my pumpkin centerpiece. Go ahead and steal the idea. I don't mind!

Take care!

Oh my Goodness! Your entire house looks AWESOME! I LOVE LOVE LOVE the squarish planters by the front door. I've been looking for some like that. I love the wreath on the front door...and the rats and bats and...it's perfect! :)

Nice to meet you at Kimba's deco party. I love your door wreath and the ceramic pumpkins!

You know they have exterminators for that rat/bat problem of yours! Seriously, those are too cool, are they black paper? I think maybe I downloaded those templates and then never did anything with them. I also like the word on your front door, did you paint it on or is it a vinyl sticker?

Those rats are too much!

Jenny, thanks but I don't think I'm a great decorator. ;) I change things around once in awhile when I think I can make it look better. Thanks for stopping by!

Messy Jessy MN, thanks. I got it at Target and I still love it. :)

Christian, I told my mom I had a mice infestation and she freaked out...until I told her I made them. Good thing it was a phone call or she would of kicked me! ;) The letter are actually vinyl. I made a post of where I bought it I think. Thanks for stopping by!
