I went to look at one of my vegetable garden beds and saw this lovely. I quickly plucked it and in the house it went. I showed hubby but he didn't believe it was from our garden (remember that zucchini from the farm? yeah, told him it was ours than fessed up).
So what do you do with a huge zucchini? Fry it up of course! I sliced them thinly lenghtwise, used my garlic infused olive oil, some seasonings and in the pan in went. My son job gobbled it up and hubby ate a few servings too. I have another big one in my garden. Hummm maybe zucchini bread for tomorrow? Maybe!
