1 can Cannellini beans (or small white beans), rinsed
1 can Black beans, rinsed
1 Small onions, chopped
1/2 tsp Honey
1/8 tsp Cayenne (if you like it spicy, add a bit more)
1 tsp Cumin
3 tbsp Olive oil
Pinch of salt
Bunch of cilantro, chopped
In a medium bowl, add the beans and onions. Set aside.
In a smaller bowl, whisk all the wet ingredients together until it's well emulsified. Add the vinaigrette to the bean salad. Toss well. Add the chopped cilantro and chill in the fridge for about an hour.
