Last year, my daughter wanted to be a mom when she grows up. She was the ONLY child from 100 that chose this profession. I was happy and at the same time wished she also chose a paying job. Just my belief women should be independent. My personal opinion. And yes, I am a stay at home mom. Have been for the past 4 year. I digress.
This year her class also has a "What profession you want when you grow up". Guess what my daughter chose. A mom. lol I have asked her why she wants to be a mom. She told me she wants to be like me. When pushed for an explanation as to why, this is what she said. To cook and bake like me. To clean homes. To work on the computer and calculator (bookkeeping). Decorate my home outside. Do gardening. Plants things. Use a drill. Paint. Wear nice clothes. Have babies to cuddle and feed. Oh and to have breasts. lol Think I'm kidding? This is what she drew on one sheet for her homework. I had to stifle a laugh when I saw what she drew.

Man, I though she drew me until she said it was her with boobs. I also notice no high heels so I knew it wasn't me. Phew! I didn't think my breast were saggy eventhough I breastfed both children. lol Kids! They sure can crack you up sometimes!
A Bientot!

Awww that's so cute. How nice that you are her heroine! By the way, I'm passing an award on to you. You can swing by my blog to pick it up. :)
I bet your had your eyes wet when she told you why she wanted to be a mom! That's nice to know that your kids, even young, know that you work hard to have everything looking perfect! lolol
What a sweetie. That had to make you feel sooo good. The fact that she notices all the great things that you do is special. I love the picture. Thank goodness it was her and not you. He he he!
